Currently, we directly drive various business lines within the real estate and retail sectors through a solid multidisciplinary management team, firmly focused on excellence.

Grupo Alvores was founded in 2006 by Mr. José Carrión Cáceres as a result of the asset restructuring of Grupo JCARRION, of which he was both co-founder and president until that time.

Through various successful experiences in the development of commercial and logistics complexes — including Alameda Shopping Center (2011-2016) and Jaén Plaza Shopping Center (2012-2023) — the group has positioned Alvores as a leading specialized developer in Andalusia.

In 2020, the group launched a strategic and wide-reaching initiative in the residential Build-To-Rent sector with the creation of Zertum Rental Homes, a real estate development and management firm with an innovative investment model open to third-party participation.
